GameScout Electronics is fully compliant with applicable state and federal laws concerning the sale and distribution of slot machines. We operate in accordance with the Gambling Devices Act of 1962 and related regulations. Our operations include the buying, refurbishing, repairing, and selling of slot machines and skill-based gaming devices.
State Laws and Regulations Regarding Private Ownership of Slot Machines
It is essential for customers to verify the laws regarding the ownership of gambling devices in their state of residence. While we provide a general guide, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their state’s, county’s, township’s, or municipality’s specific laws, statutes, and ordinances governing private ownership of slot machines and other gambling devices.
Private home ownership of slot machines is for entertainment and amusement purposes only. Our slot machines are sold for home use exclusively. Unless specifically allowed by law, the use of privately owned gambling devices for gambling or profit is prohibited.
Delivery
Customers have the option to pick up slot machines directly from our location in Corpus Christi, Texas. For local home delivery, we will only deliver to states where private ownership of slot machines is legal.
Please note that GameScout Electronics cannot fulfill orders from states where the purchase or ownership of slot machines is prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm whether purchasing a slot machine is allowed in their state before placing an order.
