ensure your complete satisfaction and long-term enjoyment
Warranty Information
We stand behind the machines we sell, offering a limited warranty on all slot machines
purchased for home or business use. Below are the details of our warranty coverage:
Warranty Coverage
All slot machines purchased from GameScout Electronics come with a
three-month limited warranty on parts. Should a part fail or require replacement within this
time frame, you’re covered! If any issues arise after the warranty period, don’t hesitate to
contact us. We are committed to helping you find the correct part for your machine and
offering guidance to ensure the problem is solved effectively.
Warranty Conditions
Please note, any repairs made without consulting our technical team
beforehand may void the warranty. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our
over 20 years of technical expertise for the best possible experience.
Technical Support: Our team is here for you! We provide technical support via phone or
email during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Although the
installation of parts is the customer’s responsibility, our technicians may assist virtually (via
phone or video call) to guide you through the process, subject to availability.
– Non-Transferable: Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original
purchaser.
Limited Warranty Exclusions
While our warranty provides coverage for many potential issues, there are a few exclusions:
Consumables: Light bulbs, fuses, and starters.
Glass & Monitor: Any breakage of glass or monitors, except during initial shipping.
Abuse & Misuse: Damage resulting from intentional abuse or misuse, faulty electrical circuits, electrical surges, or lightning.
Extreme Conditions: Damage caused by operating the machine in temperatures above 90°F or below 60°F, or exposure to excess humidity or liquids.
Physical Damage: Damage resulting from dropping, tipping, or improper handling of the machine, including unauthorized repairs or component additions.
Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes.
Alterations: Any modification to the machine, including upgrading, changing components, or altering its appearance, will void the warranty.
Non-Home/Commercial Use: This warranty does not cover machines used in commercial/public settings.
Refurbishment Process
When we receive a slot machine, it often requires extensive work to bring it back to life. Our
refurbishment process ensures that your machine operates as smoothly as possible, just
like the ones you would find in a modern casino:
Bill Acceptor Update: Each bill acceptor is upgraded to accept all current bills.
Thorough Cleaning: We clean every machine, removing dust and debris to ensure optimal performance.
Light Bulb Replacement: Any burnt-out light bulbs are replaced.
Battery Replacement: A new battery is installed on the main CPU board.
Machine Setup: Each machine is “ram cleared” and set up for proper operation.
Lock & Key: Every machine is equipped with a new key and lock.
Coinless Setup: Machines are set up to operate coinless, meaning they take bills and print tickets like in a casino. (Note: coin trays are not included, as many machines don’t come with them.)
Shipping & Returns
We take great care to refurbish each machine before shipping it out. Please allow up to 10-
14 business days for processing and shipment. After 30 days from the initial purchase, the
buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping parts back to us for repairs or returns.
Return Policy
In the event that you decide to return a machine, please note that there will be a 25%
restocking fee. You will also be responsible for both the original shipping cost and return
shipping fees. We ask that you contact us prior to returning any items to ensure the return
process is as smooth as possible.
